About Me
My Story

As mother of 2 competitive dancers and a son who is a competitive Taekwondo athlete, I know a thing or two about injuries. I have been in the dance community for years. I learned quickly that an injury can be devastating to an athlete. I saw the importance of what a proper rehabilitation and a good recovery program can be to get them back to a competing level. This drove me to begin my in-depth study of the human anatomy with an eye on dance movement and functional movement in general. After becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist, my work began. My clients have included Professional, Collegiate, High School and Elite to Recreational athletes striving to improve their craft. I absolutely love working with people willing to push themselves to reach their highest potential. Seeing my athletes shine in their sport makes me more determined to learn about their specific muscle mechanics and how we can continue improving their game.
I also love bringing relief to everyday aches and pains. One of the greatest feelings is having someone who sits at a desk all day come in for a session and see the drastic change in their mobility!
I am a proud member of The International Association of Dance Medicine and Science, Licensed in the State of Texas as a Massage Therapist with a speciality in Sports Massage, Certified in Stretch and Conditioning and trained as a Functional Movement therapist. I also hold certifications in Cupping therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Kinesiology Taping. I am constantly taking workshops to stay up to date on the always changing science!
I am excited to partner with the amazing team of Doctors at BravoPhysio in the Frisco Square in Frisco, Texas and expand my practice to the Frisco area.
