Meet Mary Parker

As a Licensed Massage Therapist, Sports Recovery Specialist, and Strength & Conditioning Coach, my passion is helping dancers and athletes perform at their highest level while reducing the risk of injury.

That passion began at home. As the mother of competitive dancers and an athlete, I experienced firsthand how one injury can change an entire season. Watching athletes work through setbacks showed me the importance of proper recovery, intelligent training, and understanding how the body moves. It inspired me to dedicate my career to studying human anatomy, functional movement, and performance so I could help athletes stay healthy and return stronger than before.

Over the years, I've had the privilege of working with professional, collegiate, high school, and recreational athletes across a variety of sports, with a special focus on dancers. Whether I'm providing sports massage, recovery sessions, mobility work, or strength training, my goal is always the same—to help every athlete move better, recover smarter, and perform with confidence.

That vision led to the creation of DXT—a performance training program designed specifically for dancers. DXT combines strength training, mobility, stability, injury prevention, recovery education, and athletic development into one comprehensive system. My mission is to help dancers become not only exceptional performers but resilient athletes who understand their bodies and can enjoy long, healthy careers in dance.

In addition to working with competitive athletes, I also enjoy helping everyday clients overcome pain, improve mobility, and move more comfortably through daily life. Whether you're preparing for a championship season or simply want to feel your best, I believe every body deserves to move well.

I am a proud member of the International Association for Dance Medicine & Science (IADMS) and am licensed by the State of Texas as a Massage Therapist with a specialization in Sports Massage. I hold certifications in Stretch & Conditioning, Functional Movement, Cupping Therapy, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), and Kinesiology Taping. Continuing education is one of my greatest passions, and I am committed to staying current with the latest research and evidence-based practices in sports medicine and performance training.

I am honored to partner with the outstanding Physical Therapist at BravoPhysio and Chiropractors at PRP10  while continuing to expand my work with dancers and athletes through DXT and my coaching programs throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
